Anyone can browse through Knoware University and take the interactive product training courses. However, only sales associates at authorized Epson resellers and distributors in the United States and Canada are eligible to complete the Final Exams and participate in the Knoware University incentives and product giveaways.
Professionalism. By taking Knoware University courses regularly, you can learn what you need to know in order to serve your customers more professionally. When your customers ask for your advice regarding their digital imaging needs, you will have the important features and benefits of Epson products in mind and be able to provide them with the correct, complete information they can use to take the best decision.

First, you must be employed full-time or part-time in a SALES POSITION at an authorized Epson reseller or distributor in the United States or Canada. Then, you must score a perfect 100% on the Final Exam for the monthly featured training course at Knoware University. Your 100% Final Exam score enters you into the weekly drawings, and may also qualify you for other great incentives offered at Knoware University.
10. Do I need to register to take Knoware University courses?
No. You may work through the interactive training courses without registering or creating an account at Knoware University. You only need to register and sign-in to your Knoware University account to take the Final Exams, which can qualify you to win prizes and earn thank-you gifts from the Knoware University Dean.
Before you take a Final Exam at Knoware University for the first time, you must create an account. You will use your e-mail address as your login ID, and a secret password you create to secure your account.
Then, to take a Final Exam, visit the Final Exams page at Knoware University and sign in to your account, then select the Final Exam you want to complete.
We have high standards here at Knoware University. Since all of the correct answers for every question are given in the training course for each Final Exam, you should be able to score a perfect 100% on every Final Exam you complete. A perfect 100% score is required to qualify for the weekly product prize giveaways and other incentives offered at Knoware University.
Yes! The most important goal is to learn all the correct answers! So if you don’t get a perfect 100% on the Final Exam on your first try, review the incorrect answers and try again. Only your best score will be recorded by the Knoware University Dean to count toward your academic record.

It’s easy! First, log in to your Knoware University account using your e-mail address and your secret password, then click on the link that says, “Click here to update your profile.”
You can recover your password by using the password recovery feature in the Knoware University Student database. Click here to go to the Student database login page, then follow the instructions shown to enter your e-mail address. Your password will be e-mailed to you in a few minutes.
