How we do it:

Knoware University is designed and produced on Apple Macintosh computers and served by an Apple XServe server.

Development system: Apple Power Macintosh Dual G4 / 733Mhz / 512Mb / 60Gb running Mac OS X.

Server: Apple Xserve Dual G4 / 2Ghz / 2Gb / 2 x 60Gb. Knoware University runs Apache, PHP and MySQL on Mac OS X Panther Server. The Knoware University campus comes to you via multiple OC-45 connections at a carrier-class hosting center in Irvine, California, USA.

Knoware University opened its doors on November 14, 1996.
